Responsibilities Include:
- Provide direct support to customers with quoting and order entry.
- Management of open orders, scheduling and shipments - Conduct purchasing to support open orders and required stock levels - Communicate regularly with customers via phone, email and customer portals - Conduct Invoicing daily on shipped items - Report to management all customer trends Qualifications Include:
- Proven experience in a customer service management role - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using computer systems and software for customer service operations - Ability to negotiate pricing and resolve customer complaints This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with the ability/desire to work autonomously.
